INSIDE SALES
Experienced Inside Sales Representatives will join our busy Aftermarket Performance Products call center sales team. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
- Strong telephone presentation and closing skills
- The ability to develop rapport and use both relationship and consultative sales approaches
- Excellent follow-up ability with strict attention to detail
- Develop complete understanding of Banks products and services
- Skilled listener able to evaluate customer needs and then present the most effective solution possible
- Effectively communicate value of Banks products and services
- Strong computer experience with Outlook and MS Word, professional and accurate written skills
- Background in automotive or the automotive aftermarket industry a plus but not required

ELECTRONICS HARDWARE ENGINEER (PROJECT)
Experienced Electronics Hardware Engineers will work with our Embedded Controls group to research, develop, design, and test electronic components, products, and systems for specific projects already in progress. This is a temporary assignment anticipated to last 2-3 months or until successful product release.
Requirements:

BSEE degree with minimum of 3-5 years engineering experience, or equivalent experience within the automotive industry

Extensive R&D aptitude

Working knowledge of "C"

Experience with operation of oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMM / DVM), logic analyzers, function generators, power hand tools

OrCAD, Protel or Altium preferred, Labview is a plus
Description:

Design (including schematic capture, printed circuit board layout, and creation of Bills of Material) electronic circuits and control devices for automotive systems. Ensure that all components of the system interact together to achieve optimum performance. Analyze circuit components and modules to evaluate the their operational effect on the vehicle. Ensure that the operation of the vehicle is not compromised.

Research, analyze and compare various electronic devices in order to choose the best components; research various external suppliers and review specifications to ensure component compliance and compatibility with our products; research OEM and competitive products and patents, and make recommendations for design strategies.

Write technical specifications and engineering documents; use computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks; evaluate operational systems and recommend design modifications to eliminate causes of malfunctions or changes in system requirements.

Evaluate and recommend design modifications; practice and adhere to engineering methods, practices and principles; approve 1st article components.

Assemble experimental circuitry (breadboard) or complete prototype model. Recommend changes in circuitry or installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.

Utilize test equipment including oscilloscope and VOM for finding and defining signals in vehicles. Set up standard test apparatus or devise test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional, operational, environmental, and life tests used to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production model; analyze and interpret test data.
- Analyze manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to locate and characterize electrical/electronic signals in vehicles.

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
We are currently seeking a full time Mechanical Design Engineer to create drawings and solid models, and design mechanical and electromechanical components for automotive performance products and systems.
Sucessful candidate will have BSME degree and 5+ years drafting, designing and developing mechanical components and systems, writing bills of material, completing engineering documents and developing technical product manuals. Experience with foundry processes desired. Must be proficient with MS Office and Solid Works or Pro E. Automotive background or experience is preferred.

SR. WEBSITE DESIGNER - PHP
We are currently seeking a Sr. Website Designer to redesign our existing website, and to design and deploy additional multiple websites. This position reports to, and works closely with, our in-house graphics and marketing staff, and is responsible for the consistent ‘look and feel' of all websites, intuitive navigation, layout of web pages, and increased SEO.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with PHP, MS.net, VB.net, (X)HTML and CSS
- Development in a Linux environment
- Complex SQL queries, MySQL and SQL server
- Creating RSS feeds
- Google AdWords
- Interaction with Amazon S3 service
- ASP.net
- Version control software
- Basic Photoshop and some MAC experience helpful
